As a full time, nonexemptCPSPharmacy Technician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center,you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing; and auditing patient records. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: This full time, nonexempt position will work 40hours per week comprised of day, evening and night shifts, rotating weekends, androtating holidays. The pay rate is$18.50/hr. with a shift differential for some shifts.
About the Facility: Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 456-bed facility offering a 24-hour Emergency Department, Level 1 Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, three Family Health Centers and the only Burn Center serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo and Mono counties. CPS has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS.
About the Pharmacies:Arrowhead provides both Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy Services. The Inpatient Pharmacyis open 24/7, 365 days a year whilethe Outpatient Pharmacy is openMonday-Friday from 8:00am-9:00pm and weekends and holidays from 8:00am-7:30pm.The pharmacies utilize Pyxis, Meditech, and FSI.
