BestRx Sales/Marketing Position

Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Attends trade shows/exhibits to promote company products, meet potential clients and build network relationships.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation/demo of software; understanding account requirements.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Ability to create ads using graphic design software such as Adobe Suite, Corel, Serif or other graphic design software.
