Location: Saint Paul, MN
The Sales Director will be based in St. Paul, MN, and will primarily be responsible for leading sales activities of our Trademarks & Essentials product range.
- Develop sales plans, strategies and objectives
- Ensure that sales volume and profitability objectives are met
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
- Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitor performance on a continual basis
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies
- Work in close collaboration with the Marketing department, Business Development and the National Accounts team

You possess the following qualifications, background, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and sales management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical compounding industry is an asset
- Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to meet and exceed objectives
- Proven successful track record of consistent high performance
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
