Location: Saint Paul, MN

The Sales Director will be based in St. Paul, MN, and will primarily be responsible for leading sales activities of our Trademarks & Essentials product range.

• Develop sales plans, strategies and objectives
• Ensure that sales volume and profitability objectives are met
• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
• Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitor performance on a continual basis
• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies
• Work in close collaboration with the Marketing department, Business Development and the National Accounts team

You possess the following qualifications, background, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and sales management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical compounding industry is an asset
• Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to meet and exceed objectives
• Proven successful track record of consistent high performance
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
