Job Description
To identify and pursue opportunities for the company’s ADMS (Automated Drug Management Systems) products and services in an assigned geographic territory; work closely with existing customers to properly apply our products to meet their specific needs and obtain a profitable sales contract for our products and services.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Create new opportunities for ADMS products and services in the Region Manager’s assigned accounts.
• Contact Key decision makers and influencers in existing customer organizations in order to properly apply our products and services to meet their identified needs.
• Establish a need for our products and services and get agreements with customer by building credible relationships and presenting effective selling proposals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the companies markets, products ands services and effectively apply this knowledge through effective presentations matching product features, functions and benefits to customer requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability to uncover real customer concerns about our products and services and handle them effectively.
• Demonstrate the effective use of negotiating principal’s in order to consummate and ‘close’ profitable sales contracts.
• Maintain contact with customers after the sale to insure customer satisfaction and to develop future business opportunities with new projects or Service and Support offerings.
• Provide management with reporting and forecasting information that accurately reflects territory potential and expected sales results.
• Promote the company and products to outside influences such as consultants, architects, Professional Associations, etc.
• Demonstrate - honest, open and accurate communication to management and other parts of our organization.
