- Your PRN Talent Manager provides you a schedule of open opportunities for as long as you wish to be a PRN Staff Member. All you’re scheduling is provided online and you request what days and shifts you are available to work.
- You are paid directly by the organization for which you work and maintain full ownership of your schedule. We believe the relationship that should be built is the relationship between the pharmacist and the pharmacy not the agency. We are here to provide support for all your scheduling needs, provide a place for you to share your knowledge and wisdom in the pharmacy field, and one that contributes to your personal and professional growth.
- You are free to convert to a full time employee of any organization that you have worked a minimum of 162 hours in 6 months.
